Pictalk Cloud Storage Agreement

Subject to Pictalk’s internal policies, Pictalk may allow Users to store their User Content on the Platform. Please be aware that Users that have a paid subscription shall have maximum User Content storage limit of 200GB. Where Users have exceeded any storage limits as set forth by Pictalk, Users may be required to purchase additional User Content storage capacity. Please be aware that we have no obligation to offer any storage of any User Content and may change our policies related to User Content storage limits at our discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any pricing, services, policies, or terms related to User Content storage on our Platform (at any time) and may at any time or to reject any Users wishing to purchase additional User Content storage at our discretion.
User agrees to pay for all costs, fees, and taxes displayed when purchasing any User Content storage. Please be aware that any User Content storage shall be charged on a recurring and monthly basis. User authorizes Pictalk or its third party payment processors to charge their method of payment on file at the time of purchase. Where applicable, you must agree to our third party payment processors terms and conditions for processing payments or any applicable Third Party App Store terms. All prices are listed in US Dollars. All information that you provide in connection with a purchase or transaction must be accurate, complete, and current. Where you have failed to pay or where payments are overdue, Pictalk may suspend or terminate your access to any additional User Content storage.
Where Pictalk does not charge you taxes for any purchases or payments, you agree to pay any and all applicable taxes. Additionally, where requested by us, you agree to provide us tax documentation to support any claims of on-time tax payment.
In order to access additional User Content storage, you may be required to purchase any User Content storage on a recurring basis. IF YOUR ACCOUNT HAS BEEN SET UP FOR AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS, PICTALK MAY CHARGE YOU AUTOMATICALLY AND ON A RECURRING BASIS, UNLESS YOU NOTIFY US THAT YOU WANT TO CANCEL YOUR AUTOMATIC PAYMENT VIA YOUR ACCOUNT DASHBOARD. ADDITIONALLY, YOU AUTHORIZE US TO BILL YOU ON A RECURRING BASIS AND AGREE THAT YOUR USER CONTENT STORAGE PURCHASE SHALL BE CHARGED ON A MONTHLY BASIS AND SHALL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW UNTIL YOU EXERCISE CANCELLATION. YOU AGREE THAT NO ADDITIONAL CONSENT IS REQUIRED BY YOU TO CHARGE YOUR PREFERRED PAYMENT METHOD AUTOMATICALLY AND ON AN AUTOMATICALLY RENEWABLE BASIS FOR THE USER CONTENT STORAGE PURCHASED.
Pricing and Price Increases
The pricing for any User Content storage is listed on the Pictalk Platform or within your account. Pictalk may increase the price of any User Content storage purchase, at our discretion and we reserve the right to do so at any time. Where you have discontinued purchasing User Content storage, you agree that Pictalk has no obligation to offer any User Content storage for the price originally offered to you at sign up.
We want you to be satisfied with your use of Pictalk; however, as User Content storage is offered on a month-to-month basis, refunds shall not be offered at this time. If you have any questions regarding this policy please contact us.
Termination of Your Subscription
As a User if you wish to terminate any User Content storage purchase, you may do so at any time via your account dashboard or by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
